Mark (Emo) Emerton, CEO and Visionary of Elite Energy since 1999, has one of the most profound resumes of experience in the field of play, in the board room and as a competitor. Having raced over 300 multisport events himself across;
  • Multiple Ironman events, including 2 x World Championships in Hawaii
  • Challenge Roth
  • Multiple World and National Championships
  • Long distance Cycle Racing, including the Simpson Desert Challenge 
A close family man with a unique situation of 5 exceptional children with age gaps of over 30 years and a logistics background from 23 years in the Royal Australian Navy
 
Emo and his growing Elite Energy Team team of 30-plus full-time staff have extensive experience in event production, delivery and partner activation across over 35 events annually.
